We offer a 3-month warranty from the original date of purchase on all Silk & Steel jewellery. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal, recommended use.
If a fault is found, we will gladly repair or replace the item at no charge, or provide a store credit if the original design is no longer available.
Our warranty does not cover:
General wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or tarnishing
Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or misuse
Lost or stolen items
Changes in appearance due to exposure to perfumes, moisture, or harsh chemicals
Gemstones or crystals that break due to impact
