Our Warranty Promise

We offer a 3-month warranty from the original date of purchase on all Silk & Steel jewellery. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal, recommended use.

If a fault is found, we will gladly repair or replace the item at no charge, or provide a store credit if the original design is no longer available.

Whatā€™s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or tarnishing

  • Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or misuse

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Changes in appearance due to exposure to perfumes, moisture, or harsh chemicals

  • Gemstones or crystals that break due to impact

Need to Make a Claim?

If you believe your item has a fault, please email us atĀ sales@silkandsteel.co.nz with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

Our team will assess your claim and be in touch with the next steps.

Please Note:

This warranty applies to jewellery purchased directly from our website or an authorised Silk & Steel stockist. For items purchased elsewhere, please return to the original point of sale.
